Today’s environment is so commercial and so professional that we as a human being struggling for life. We are not able to maintain our relations, not able to meet our requirements and even not able to maintain our body and mind. Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for the body and brain. They are an important component of a healthy diet. Carbohydrates fuel your body, especially your central nervous system and brain and protect against many disease.
On an average, a normal human being should contain between 210 and 290 grams of carbohydrates each day, which is almost equal to half of your daily calories. You will get carbs from whole grains, beans, and fiber-rich vegetables and fruits instead of refined grains and products with added sugar.
Fats: There are two types of Fat, one is called unsaturated fat (good fat) and the other one is saturated fat (bad fat). Unsaturated fat or Healthy fat is an important part of a healthy diet and it is essential for our body. A average human being should have between 40 and 65 grams of fat per day. Around 30% of your daily calories come from fat. Healthy fat helps you to balance your blood sugar and decrease your risk of heart disease. It improves your brain function also. Fat is also powerful anti-inflammatories and can reduce your risk of arthritis, cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease.
Unsaturated fats are very important for human body as they provide essential fatty acids which your body can’t make. We can find these healthy fats in nuts, seeds, fish, and vegetable oils (like olive, avocado, and flaxseed). We should avoid trans fats and limit your intake of saturated animal-based fats like butter, cheese, red meat, and ice cream.
Vitamins: Human body requires 13 essential vitamins in their daily diet to function properly. These are A, C, D, E, K, Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Biotin (B7), Folate (B9) and Vitamin B12. Each vitamin plays an important role in the body as vitamins are essential for healthy vision, skin, and bones.

Minerals: Minerals also helps to support our body. Minerals build strong bones and teeth, regulating your metabolism and staying hydrated. Some common minerals are Calcium, Iron and Zinc. Calcium strengthening our bones and helps with nerve signal transmission, maintaining healthy blood pressure, and muscle contraction and relaxation. Red blood cells and hormone creation by Iron and Zinc boosts your immune system and wound healing.
